After booking an appointment, I'll get in contact with you to ask about any accessibility needs and if you have any questions for me.
When we meet, I'll greet you in the foyer and lead you to the treatment room. We will then have a chat about what you're looking to get out of the session (pain relief, relaxation, etc). We'll go over any relevant medical history, and then come up with a treatment plan together.
I will then give you some privacy to undress (to your comfort level) and to get on the massage table. When I re-enter, that's when the massage will start!
There are links at the top and bottom of this webpage to my Fresha page. On there, you'll have your choice of session lengths, inclusivity accommodations, and time slots. A 50% deposit is required for booking. I only see clients who have pre-booked.
No, I don't. I operate on a pre-booked appointment basis. I am not at The Practice Rooms unless I have an appointment. Please do not come to The Practice Rooms without a booking, as there is no reception area or anyone to take your details.
You only need to undress to your comfort level as I can massage over clothing. If you choose to remain clothed for your session, please wear thin fabric.
I have a strict underwear ON policy. Bras may be removed as per your comfort, however pants/nickers/boxers MUST remain ON.
I require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Rescheduling with over 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being moved to the new booking.
Cancelling with over 48 hours notice, your deposit will be returned to you.
Cancelling with less than 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and a charge for the full price of the treatment.

No. Don't ask. Don't even joke about it. Any request, however light-hearted or joking in its intent, will be considered as serious and will result in the session's immediate termination, with full payment processed.
