Mainly relaxation-focused, we can address any aches and pains you are suffering from in a cohesive way to ease the physical tension as well as any mental or emotional stress. The pressure can be as light or as deep as you would like, blending varied pressure throughout the massage. 

Appointments are booked by length of service, and we will decide together what areas to work on. Below you'll find suggestions of what we can achieve in the time frames. 

30 minutes - £35

A massage treatment focused on one area (ex. neck & shoulders, calves & feet, back)

45 minutes - £45

A treatment with two main points of focus, or a more in-depth single point of focus

60 minutes - £55

A full-body massage with time spent evenly across the body

75 minutes - £70

A full-body massage with extra focus on one area

An extended full-body massage, or a full body-massage with extra focus on two areas

A gentle guided meditation woven throughout your treatment session. With calming, intuitive cues—focused on breath, presence, and inner stillness—this offering invites you to deepen your sense of connection. Like the steady roots of a tree, this practice helps anchor you in the present moment, enhancing both relaxation and clarity. Perfect for those seeking a more intentional experience.
