Appointments for our holistic massage services are booked by length. Together, we will decide on the areas to focus on during your session. Below, you'll find suggestions of what we can achieve within each time frame, including options for pamper packages that may also include facial treatments or guided meditations for added mindfulness.
30 minutes - from £35
Focus on one area, such as back, neck & shoulders, calves & feet, or lower back to help you unwind.
45 minutes - from £45
Two main points of focus, or a more in-depth single point of focus, allowing you to target specific needs.
60 minutes - from £55
A full-body massage with time spent evenly across the body, perfect for a balanced experience.
75 minutes - from £70
A full-body massage with extra focus on one area, ideal for deeper relaxation.
90 minutes - from £85
An extended full-body massage to thoroughly pamper yourself.
Indian Head Massage
Experience a holistic massage that targets the head, face, neck, and shoulders, providing a relaxing escape that helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation. This treatment is ideal for easing headaches, promoting mindfulness, and supporting overall wellbeing. Consider adding facial treatments or pamper packages to enhance your experience further. Baby-Friendly Sessions
From pregnancy to toddlerhood, you're welcome here.
Pregnancy massage sessions to help alleviate the aches, pains and fatigue that come with the journey.
Baby & Me sessions for you and baby (6 weeks to 9 months). Bring your little one and have a cwtch, feed, or even a little nap while you receive a gentle massage. It's a great way to bond with your baby and calm both your nervous systems at the same time.
Available in Caerphilly only.
